This set is considered to be part of our light compression set. Has a thick band around the waist and is considered to have medium ab control. They are very comfy and silk like perfect for stay at home wear. We highly recommend these for lounging and or light yoga. The sport bra also has a thick band around the chest area however has great structure and removable pads.

*For sizing they are true to size however, we do recommend that if you are in between sizes that you size up (i.e. if you are in between a M and L we suggest that you order a L) as the material is slightly sheer and a smaller size will cause the material to over stretch.
